It’s springtime! – at least, it is in our heads …

It’s time to sow some seeds of information (background) about Oktopod and make a few ideas and opportunities flourish!

Oktopod : What we do, and especially why we do it

We have the skills and the tools to deftly build a global and transversal vision of the projects we work on.
We can therefore swiftly anticipate any kind of dysfunction or detect the opportunities which might be strategical. The time-saved in this process is priceless.

The values which move us forwards, and which we develop and share through our assignments and workshops are: empowerment, innovation and grounded altruism.

We embark on our assignments with the aim of optimising resources, creating value and accelerating synergies. And we work hand in hand with the teams in situ.

It is also important for us to develop curiosity for creative techniques and tools, for better reception and to develop practice.

The subjects we could collaborate on (services, partnerships, development) are:

– The modelling of your project or your activity and the definition of its value propositions

 –  The (creative) resolution of problems and the search for opportunities –that might also be in a blocked situation or one of dissatisfaction

 – Creating time (in a team) and project management

– Enriching your editorial strategy (data mining of editorial content)

Ready to get going?
We will look at the subject (causing dissatisfaction) and the object (you) to detect the way to light the spark. We will also study the feeling and energy which emerges out of their meeting.

It will then be time to immediately transform–in a fun, somewhat mischievous way – thespringing source of ideas and potential creative and innovative solutions.
And think big! (Why not?)

Our aim: that you leave this workshop with a seed of a creative project born out of your own “complaints”, and maybe even having found some synergies!

This workshop will take place at the Crea Conference 2015 in Sestri, Italy (April 15-19)

It is aslo available for inter or intra workshops, as a team buidling or for a relaxed session to unlock tensions.
